Men's Lacrosse, 2022
The boy's lacrosse team will be entering the 2022 season having missed the past two years of competition. The COVID-19 pandemic canceled two straight seasons and the team is itching to take the field. When they do return, the boy's team will be competing in the San Diego City Conference for the first time. The City Conference has provided our lacrosse program, both boys and girls, the platform to play in a league for the first time ever.
Coach Brazelton was asked these three questions. One, how long have to coached lacrosse at Preuss. "This will be my 16th season coaching," says Coach Brazelton. Two, what is your experience with the sport? "I have no playing background with lacrosse, but I played organized sports at a high level through my youth and college. I have learned to love lacrosse and the players I coach." Three, what are your team goals for the 2022 season? The coach said his most important goal is "to experience a real league season." "We have never played in a league and need the opportunity to get through one to understand it better."
